Status of the epidemic in Denmark

The Danish Health Authority’s guidance on infection prevention is essential to our management of the epidemic:

• Isolation of infected people - focusing on self-isolation and testing in case of symptoms as well as tracing of close contacts..
• Hygiene - focusing on cough etiquette, hand hygiene and cleaning of contact points.
• Limiting the number of social contact - in particular, face-to-face contact and focusing on distance, number, frequency, duration, airing out and use of barriers.
