Medical Laboratory Technologist

Medical laboratory technologist educated outside Denmark (including medical laboratory technologist from the Nordic countries and the EU/EEC countries) must hold Danish authorization to be able to use the title Medical Laboratory Technologist in Denmark and the Faroe Islands.

As a result of international agreements, different rules govern the recognition of qualifications obtained abroad, depending on the applicant’s nationality, and where the education took place. For this reason, applicants are divided into two groups.

There is a fee of DKK 313 for registration to be paid when the Board has evaluated your application.
